BE.ME.SM is a curriculum designed especially to teach young men how to meet life challenges academically, socially and emotionally.
To help families or concerned others address these issues and raise competent, confident, conscious, and consistently successful young men, BE.ME.SM offers a range of manhood preparatory and life skills interventions that are unlike a coming of age or rites of passage program.

The curriculum utilizes an African-centered model to personal wellness. In addition to mentor contact, youth benefit from tutorial services, career development, and purposeful extracurricular activity.
Parent(s)/ caregiver(s) equally benefit from the program as services include seminars, group discussion, and coaching intervention.

Classes are held on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm with a few exceptions for planned events. Each class is divided into two 90-minute sessions with a break for provided lunch.

The first phase fo BE.ME.SM begins July 14th and concludes the week of October 6th. The program consists of 12 sessions and will meet at the midtown location of Atlanta Center for Family Wellness, LLC. All holidays will be acknowledged. Phases two and three will follow accordingly.
